Basil Starr

Basil has over 20 years experience in real estate, supply chain management and public service. Prior to founding Palari, Basil has held senior positions at luxury brokerage Hilton & Hyland, investment manager Basis Group, and an NYSE-listed REIT PennyMac. Prior to this, Basil led trade & investment for several multinational corporations in Hong Kong, Ukraine and Indonesia. He started his career in investment banking at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley and holds a degree from USC Marshall School of Business with concentration in Finance and International Business. 

Jon Knopke

Jon has over 20 years of management experience in the wellness and hospitality industries, with a focus on high end luxury fitness. Prior to Palari, Jon was the creative force and founder behind one of America’s leading boutique fitness communities and brands, Health House. His infectious energy, keen business sense and love for helping others has guided him as he built Health House from a small rowing studio to national brand with celebrity endorsements. Jon started his career with Equinox Fitness, holding multiple positions in sales and management.  Jon holds a BA in Global Studies from Rockhurst University, from his hometown of Kansas City.

Jenny Sohn

Jenny has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting at private and public companies, notably as a CFO at Evernote and Controller at Netflix. Jenny started her career as auditor at an accounting firm and developed an expertise in corporate governance becoming a corporate controller at Skyport Systems which was acquired by Cisco. She holds an MBA from Berkeley Haas School of Business and is a licensed CPA and CFA.

Ori Klein

Ori has over 20 years of experience in startups, PropTech, software consulting and technology. He has served as CTO for various startups, non-profits and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career Ori has helped his clients deploy technologies, expand their reach and increase revenues. Ori graduated with a degree in Computer Science and International Marketing from Baruch University.

Manraj Multani

Manraj is an experienced Real Estate Finance Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Manraj was most recently an Underwriter at Citigroup’s global headquarters in New York. Prior to this, Manraj was an Associate at Basis Investment Group, a multi-strategy commercial real estate investment platform based in New York. Manraj holds a degree from New York University with a concentration in Real Estate and studied at the Tucks School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Jason Landver

Jason is an experienced real estate developer with a 15 year track record of delivering profitable investments. His areas of expertise include site selection, architecture & design, partnership development and online marketing. Prior to his role at Palari, Jason co-founded a brand incubator called By Design that conceptualized and launched multiple brands in CPG and Fashion.
